Once your order is placed, our makers begin a dedicated 2-4 week handcrafting and tuning process to create your instrument specifically for you. This ensures that every handpan arrives freshly tuned, harmonically balanced, and full of vibrant resonance.

Production Time

Each OHR handpan is custom crafted to order.

Due to the high number of recent orders and the handcrafted nature of the instruments, production typically takes 2–4 weeks.

We always aim to complete instruments as quickly as possible, and many orders are finished sooner.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your handpan is ready, it will be shipped via international courier.

Delivery via airway's usually takes 2 weeks, however international shipping and customs clearance can occasionally extend delivery to up to 3–4 weeks.

Boat delivery typically takes 4-5 weeks, however delays outside of our control, and custom clearance can occasionally extend delivery timeframes.

If your shipment experiences any customs inspection or delay, we will keep you fully updated throughout the process.
