Every Elite Series handpan is made to order and crafted exclusively for you. Unlike our Core Series, each Elite instrument undergoes an extended approximately 2-month hand-crafting and master-tuning process. This additional time allows for the exceptional precision required to shape, refine, and calibrate every note, resulting in the elite-level sound, responsiveness, and musical expression that define the Elite Series.

Production Time

Each Elite Series handpan is custom crafted to order.

As our Elite Series represents the highest level of craftsmanship, each instrument undergoes an extended approximately 2-month production process. This allows our master craftsmen the additional time required to precisely shape, tune, refine, and perfect every note to our exacting standards.

While we always strive to complete instruments as efficiently as possible, we never rush the process. The extra time is what ensures the exceptional sound quality, responsiveness, and musicality that define the Elite Series.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your handpan is ready, it will be shipped via international courier.

Air delivery usually takes 2 weeks, however international shipping and customs clearance can occasionally extend delivery to up to 3–4 weeks.

Boat delivery typically takes 4-5 weeks, however delays outside of our control, and custom clearance can occasionally extend delivery timeframes.

If your shipment experiences any customs inspection or delay, we will keep you fully updated throughout the process.

Lifetime Complimentary Retuning

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Elite Series handpan with complimentary lifetime retuning by the original master makers.

Provided the instrument’s exterior remains intact and free from defects, retuning is offered free of charge. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from the workshop.
